All return
merchandise must be accompanied by a RMA request form. It is
very important to receive complete information on the return
products, such as: item number, product description, serial
number, invoice and description of the problem.
Return freight is the customer's responsibility, Aloma
Technologies does not accept collect shipments, nor do we clear
shipments through Customs.
All shipments should be well packed, merchandise damaged in
transit will be not accepted for replacement.
Defective Motherboards, VGA Cards, Sounds Cards, CD-ROMs and Far
modems must not be returned with accessories (Manuals, Software,
Hardware, etc) as we cannot guarantee the return of same with
your replacements.
Every item received and accepted will be replaced with the same,
should we not have same item in stock, we will replace with an
item of similar value and performance, unless otherwise notified
to the customer. Your RMA order may not be completely fulfilled
altogether, in which case, a partial RMA will be issued, we will
complete your order as soon as the rest of the items are in
stock.
All products have a 1-Year warranty with us, unless otherwise
advised. Full credit in only issued -within 7 working days.
Unfulfilled merchandise, for which -we will not get
replacements, will be credited at market price only.
Aloma Technologies does not accept return merchandise as a mean
of payment, unless previously approved by our Credit and
Customer Service Departments.
